I think they want to issue more shares to bring in more capital to pay for the note.

I think it is unnecessary to authorize that many shares. With approximately 40 million shares outstanding why do they need another 360 million shares authorized? At least PICK execs aren't receiving enormous salaries/bonuses. But the stock isn't performing like a champ either. I just don't want to be diluted to the point where my shares are worthless. At $0.50/share if they issue another 60 million of the shares authorized, my shares will be worth $.25. I've seen companies (not PICK) that continue to print and issue shares just to continue to pay themselves salaries and bonuses.
