Handshake: Don't get P.O. please it's just a question. Keep a open mind, Would Pfrd. issues get a special treatment in any type of purchase over the common if not converted? Could there be a cash dividend paid to the pfrd. issue up front pluss the price of share value by any firm making a offer? Also if the Pfrd issue has special recorded treatments that were approved by a board meeting for a non reporting firm, would the stockholders know of what they could be. That sir is trying to think ahead of the so called game and only to be looked at as questions for processing of information. To treat everything equal IMO. The company must have honest and intelligent forward looking leaders in Management or the chances are that they will not survive. I think there sharp and we need to look to them as leaders as we look to our questions and answers as guides to helping each other in investing. Regards, Jim...

200 million Vince? Do you really think it can get that high before a major takes a serious look? There is no doubt more drilling is required, there is no doubt we have to find a way to pay for that drilling, but 200 million? If the float got that high, we would be trading like a REAL BB then (G). Hugh
