n2p944.exe is still available in the dutch version. No big Go button, but the search button does take you right to the GO network most of the time. Once in a while, it takes you to people.yahoo.com. I decided to hit the Search button 10 times. 3 times Yahoo, and 7 times Go.com.

My guess, IDT has a better deal with Go.com than yahoo.
