I've been looking for short candidates since A/D would suggest decliners are in the majority. I scanned S&P plus small and mid cap looking for stocks that have rallied up against their 200 dma. I found oil sector, not surprisingly, over represented. Any one here knowledgeable about the oil sector with an opinion as to whether the recent surge has legs, or can I expect the 200 dma to hold for a reversal? Would appreciate any thoughts from fundamental or technical perspective. TIA. Pierre
