Hi William:
With 4 days of flat boredom in the offing, I have spent some time on the front porch enjoying the 60 degree air and thinking of Dell:
Conclusions:
1. Kemble will be one busy fellow maintaining the Dell bibles because the voyage is just beginning.
2. The bears had only 8 days of action on Dell- took it down from 108 to 82 and hit a rock solid bottom. Came up against the brilliance of
the Dell team. As Bachman has noted, Dell has impeccable timing on news releases and there are more items available when (if) needed.
3. Everything possible will be done to hold that bottom. Indispensable to the morale of the 'troops' who are all shareholders.
4. I'm giving great credit to Mr. Tom Meredith , rate him a genius.
He probably has a freer hand than almost any CFO, and so his best ideas can really be effective. Can't discuss what is being done , but if he ever writes a book I'll be one of the first to buy it!

5. Far out Dell puts are history
(may be fun the play with, tho(G)
Am wondering if you could spare a few bucks.? I don't have nearly enough of the Cmgi and others like Donnie are making a &^&^%N fortune off it.
Regards and Good luck
