what do you think of this company's cash situation? Do they have any, and will the signature deal change this? what are the specifics of the deal - how much? how much do they owe?

i don't know these answers, but I would feel better if I did.

If there are shares exchanged or other little sweets in the pie I sure as hell would demand a contract to insure that the company hireing me lived up to the promises. Unless it is in writing you are screwed...so I would hope that these hi powered Presidents, vice presidents, secretaries, mail room boys or what have you demanded a contract.. "So Let it Be written...so let it be done."
