Duane,

I'm still sorting through this PacVan deal. Believe PacSun is mostly after Van's shoe business. (BTW Skechers is another hot shoe brand for this market (http://www.skechers.com/index.html)).

I'm getting more comfortable with the idea that PSUN wants to put it's own label on a line of clothing to be sold in their stores. This will be in addition to and will compete with what is coming in. I have read that there is a great profit potential in store branded merchandise.

Will hold for now, but I'm not keen on Van's image and hope PSUN doesn't get too far into the gutter with them. I haven't been in a Van's store for a long time, so maybe it's time to take another look.

So far, the stock is acting unsure of this new venture. Fortunately, the industry is on a roll, so good timing on PacSun's part.

Good Luck to Us!

E!
