Sorry Mark; you would have to make me believe that MIDN's shares outstanding are not 63,300,339 first at that time I would talk about NPEC 92,000,000 outstanding. There all there if you ask the T.A. Just call them. If anyone try's to tell you diffrent you best get them to put that in writing on letter head and sign the bottom of the letter. I will go buy what the T.A. says anyday over the rumors of someone here or anywhere. The rumor of the past that a few million were not counted during a reverse splitt hold no value when were up this high. Sorry it's a fact. Unless you have the company change the number by buying back 20 or 30 million shares on the open market. That would be nice yet they would have to drop the number down, way down under 50,000,000 show audited financials with a net gain, to bring value back, IMVHO as a investor.
