To me and some of the posters on this thread you're absolutely right.

However, those investors that are in the know, and the thread posters certainly don't qualify as such, no offense meant, have shown that they are really setting the value of the share price.

After my tirade last week about the 90 million revelation, within 3 days the price dipped quickly to .375 and even quicker rebounded back to .45. The thread was only in control of about 4 to 6 cents.

While there may still be some selling the issue of how many shares are issued has been resoundingly settled at 100,000,000 shares. Period!! Actually if there is a mitigation of shares due to a lower yield on conversion of the PP, the issued share count will be much lower. (And I would still like to know those details.)

Are you or do you know black?

Well what I say is that it is still cheap those people who bought at .44 a few months ago are going to be a lot wealthier a few months from now. I wish all I had to wait was a few months to reap the rewards of my investment. This stock was going very well until recently when guys like you started all this speculation on outstanding shares. Have you seen Amazon and recent increase in OS shares? Why don't you go post on their thread for a while and leave us alone.
