I remember reading that they won't rule out the possiblity of a split in the future. Well finally found this old news dated March 11th.

Asked repeatedly whether CMGI was considering a stock split, Wetherell responded that the company had, ''No plans at this time for another stock split in the near future though we WON'T RULE OUT THE POTENTIAL."
