I'm still trading ASND, with some long term holdings in an account that I do not trade out of. The same holds true for CSCO, NN, FORE, PAIR, NXTL and NT. I bought some NTRX after a motorola meeting, but I have not traded it yet. That would be something to look into, if you are looking for some ideas on new stocks. I don't know anything about the company, but they have some products that compete favorably against CSCO for wan consolidation and remote access to central site solutions. I have a portfolio of oil stocks and municipals, that I watch for my mom, but I don't do much with it. Most of those are providing some income. (Oh my goodness. I just saw this NorTel commercial on CNNfN where a guy is reciting the Beatles 'Come Together' song! ) I've played unsuccessfully so far with pennies DGIV and MDIN. I made some money trading MDIN a several weeks back, and I just got back in, at a price higher than my last exit.... so, go figure. I like the satellite companies also, but I have not stepped up to the plate yet with any investments. I had look in depth at a couple of companies about a year ago (I think I posted some links on the ASND thread), when I was looking for an effective way to get internet access in coastal environments, and have decided to wait for a little more maturity in the industry. I am going to take a week of training at ALL-TECH in Atlanta, in April, so I hope to become a better trader. I'll graduate with some better tools to better understand the markets. I'm trading pretty blind right now, without Level II or any further derivatives of the Level II activity. Thanks for the nice comments. I work with a lot of the networking gear out there, but if I spend more time trading, that will mean less time to work with the gear.... It's just another form of 'play' for me. Good luck, and I hope we can get the group back together again with some good comments. I know most of us are still around here, trying to find out what to do with all of the ASND profits. :-) Jack
