Trev,
I think current shareholders of WSP, in addition to a 1 for 8 share in Newco, should have the option to participate in an initial private placement that would include warrants. I can dream, can't I?

Also, it is time we go about the serious business of selecting a proper name for Newco. This is our responsibility as loyal WSP threadsters and besides, we can stick our noses into anybody's business we want (except AJ's compost pile).
