Trev, I think current shareholders of WSP, in addition to a 1 for 8 share in Newco, should have the option to participate in an initial private placement that would include warrants. I can dream, can't I? Also, it is time we go about the serious business of selecting a proper name for Newco. This is our responsibility as loyal WSP threadsters and besides, we can stick our noses into anybody's business we want (except AJ's compost pile). Here are a few: Winspear II (the obvious front runner) Bears' End Company Diamonds are US, Inc. McDiamonds Co. CAB Anybody else?
