What do you think the chances are of SFSK bouncing back to the $12 range within the next 30 days or so? I'm trying to decide what to do with my whopping 300 shares. I also, my stock club meets tonight and I need to give my club some advice on what to do with their shares.

Safeskin officers guilty of fraud?

Nah.

What executive doesn't try and sell as much of his product as possible? What company doesn't offer favorable credit to distributors? Maybe they are guilty of being stupid in not seeing that inventories were building up but this doesn't come close to fraud, IMO. These lawsuits make me bristle.

As a former short of SFSK, I am waiting for the dust to settle and see where the stock price ends. If it enters the “giving it away” area, I might be buying.
