Hi Paul and ALL:

Just thought I would add my impressions of the discussions tonight on the thread as well as bring some news.

Below is a post from RagingBull tonight that, considering all the accolades that have been espoused in just the recent past about the new top-caliber upper management people that have joined the TSIG team, makes a lot of common sense...at least to me.

41 cents a share?
OK, let's say the company issues a bunch of options at 41 cents. Now I don't care how many shares outstanding that makes because somebody INSIDE thinks that a lot of money can be made even if the insiders have to pay 41 cents a share. I own a truckload averaged at 30 cents. That's means I'm going to make 11 cents more per share than they are. I really don't care who gets rich alongside me.

To repeat what I have said before... if you want the best to get you the best then you have to pay for it. Secondly, and this is also a repeat question... does anyone really believe that these new upper management people gave up top positions elsewhere if they didn't believe their future potential for far greater financial success was with TSIG? I guess, Jim's post above is just too simple and sensible for some. IMHO, it is only too clear. The options are at .41... far more than many people on the thread's average price and pretty close to where the stock is trading now. I, for one, believe Jim's evaluation to be highly accurate and very valid.

Finally... regarding the website. I have posted in the past that there was an estimated or approximate date for the release of the new website... plus or minus a few days or weeks These were anticipated dates and some of those thread members who have posted before have accurately talked of the extreme complexity of this type of site with all its various links to various databases. Read REW's posts again. These were estimated target dates and anyone in this business knows that when writing website software, especially with the complicated multiple links required in the "MyMusicCard" site, you aim for a target date, but being off by a few weeks is absolutely normal. Right now I want a solid functioning site ASAP... just as the rest of you do. Since we will be having John Hwang's team working fulltime for TSIG, any additions, more "glitz", etc. can be added quickly on the fly at any time. The important thing, at least IMO, is that we have a great functioning website up and running. With that in mind, I contacted the "powers that be" and was informed by e-mail as follows:

"OK. I just got off the phone with the project manager. He tells me that he guarantees a launch date of Friday, March 26. I am waiting to hear back on when he thinks the investor community can preview the BETA site. Stay tuned...."

If the above commentary is inadequate, then review our own DD site once again: geocities.com ,
evaluate the, IMO, sound and very logical reasoning for the new upper management team accepting their positions with TSIG for options at a price very close to its current trading price... and then make your own decisions as to where you thing TSIG is headed. I made my decision a long time ago and it has not changed. My stock is not for sale!!

Be Right!!!... Sit Tight!!!

Best always,

Marty
