Kiny: ARM board announced as of 3/8/99 that they propose to sub-divide each of the ADS(American Depository Shares; that trade on Nasdaq) into four new ADSs. It is hoped that this will improve the liquidity of the Company's shares.
This proposal is subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the Annual Meeting to be held on 20 April, 1999.
The record date for the subdivision is expected to become effective and trades in the new ordinary ADSs are expected to commence on
21 April, 1999.
Good luck
