I'm thinking about shorting THNK during the gap. That's if there is one worth noticing. THNK went up because of hype and it's going to go down once the hype fades. What did THNK do today that will make it continue to climb up this week and next ? They bought another company. So ? Speaking of today's acquisition... How is the "performance" measured ? What happens if THNK does not perform ?? "The purchase price for the acquisition includes an initial payment of $3.5 million in THINK common stock and a potential earn-out, based on performance, of no more than an additional $5.5 million."
