I am not a fan of TokyoMex by any means...but what he does is nothing different (basically) that the big brokerage firms do when they put out a buy or sell recommendation IMO.

Numerous times I have watched so called "reputable" brokerage firms put out a buy recommendation on a stock and after it pops 20-40% (sometimes that very day) on their recommendation, their MM sells every share they can get their hands on.

I have long believed that a huge majority of these recommendations are done for large clients of a particular brokerage who either want to accumulate a large position cheap, or want to dump a large position.

It's a dirty business....from the tiniest penny stock to some of the giant big caps.... but there is money to be made.

Some of the smaller touters are just the "fall guys" so many of the big boys just keep on their toes.
