There's an article in Investor Business Daily, touting about this little company. Seems like it has a lot of connections with big companies. Just don't know how the trend will be in the next few months. Good luck.

Found this in the SEC filing.....I want some of this stock.. "Technology Guardian, Inc., a California corporation, which was merged into the Company, entered into an Agreement with Pacific Capital Group Ltd. ("Pacific Capital"), to sell shares pursuant to the terms of a Confidential Offering Memorandum dated July 2, 1998 ("Pacific Capital Offering"). Pacific Capital purchased 2,092,500 shares at $0.7168 per share for a total of $1,500,000, of which 754,045 shares were sold under Rule 504 of Regulation D, and the remaining 1,338,455 under Regulation S." here is the link sec.gov
