I still think there's something in the works here. Yorkton was strongly on the buy again yesterday, picking up another 315,000 shares. Combine that with yesterday's purchase of 403,000 shares, and you have someone who is pretty eager to be buying all of a sudden, purchasing over 700,000 shares in the open market over just a two day period.

I went back and looked at all of Yorkton's trading since the beginning of January. These past two days are NOT typical at all. They had one day in January that was a reasonably high volume day (January 6th at 310k), but that was a one day thing. At most, all other trades were in the 100k range, and never were there two big volume days on the buy side for Yorkton....nothing even close to what has taken place the last two days. As I said in an earlier post, the majority of Yorkton's daily buying and selling has been in the 30k-60k share range.

Now the big question is, why would Yorkton suddenly go so strongly on the buy?? Or another way of thinking of it....would YOU buy 700,000 shares of ABC in a two day period on a "hunch"??? :))

Regards,

Kevin

You cannot buy a 3.75 million acre concession with completed 3-D seismic like this for $160 mil. In addition, this concession is unique and there are none others like it.

So I can see some one paying $1.40(U.S.) or so for the company w/o regard to the gas deal. That is gravy.

I think your information is not as good since you left the company. Yes, you did your short but you were in a unique position at the time to make that call. You are not in that position anymore.

Hit the road, Jack, and don't come back no more, no more. Go tell it on the mountain.
