Didn't I read this week that Boeing is forming a division to make modifications to planes for customers? Will this compete with BEAV?

I have a strange feeling that Lear (LEA) may make a bid for BEAV.
Lear's recent announcement of intent to purchase an auto fabrication
div. from United Tech shows that they want to grow rapidly. BEAV would be a superb way to broaden their offerings.

Also, Airbus announced yesterday that it expects a fat loss for the
year due to extreme 'pricing pressures' - obviously from Boeing. If
Boeing and Airbus are in a price war, and considering the increasing
popularity of the smaller planes over 747s, BEAVs best days may very
well be behind it, so I think finding a merger partner is essential.
