The funny thing is.... Mr. Joe average investor follows these upgrades/downgrades and buys/sells right along with the crowd. CNBC plays right along... "Broker XYZ upgraded stock ABCD and it's UP 20% on their recommendation......What a great play..." Kinda like the IPO when they talk about it being up 200% for the day from it's overnight pricing (which no outsider could touch) and the poor saps that bought it when it opened and are down 50%.... Mind Games...you said it. Lee
