NW Yes the U.S. law states that no more the 25% of U.S. Airlines can be owned by outsides. However the U.S. Airlines want rights to land at Londons Heathrow Airport (only two have that right now AA/UA). They are pushing at Congress to change the law. If and when it happens look out. Lots of foreign carriers want in British Airways, Virgin Atlantic both will jump in. The Key is LHR.
