Craig,

Pretec's relationship with M-systems is not clear. In any case, Pretec does their own fabrication. M-systems has a relationship with Toshiba as well which appears to be more solid.

Both M-systems (FLSHF) and Pretec offer CF cards. As I have stated many times before, only SSTI has officially announced a co-licensing agreement with SNDK for CF card assembly. If SNDK prevails in the Lexar suit the precendent will be set and the dominos will start to fall.

Lexar...PNY...Viking...Simple Technologies...Kingston...Kingmax...
Eiger..Pretec...M-systems...

This could have an unimaginable effect on licensing revenues for SNDK.
