I highly recommend reading article on third to last page of section A titled " Stock Prices Are Still Far Too Low".

The argument is the risk premium is dropping, new laws force long term holding, businesses are more efficient, government fiscal and monetary policy has changed, tax environment is more favorable and foreign threats have diminished.

Hey, Investor2 looks like we are looking at some historical headlines here. HA!

As for foreign threats being diminished, I think they should have read the article (in the same space as their article from 3/17) from 3/18/99 on Saddam having the bomb within a year. If this happens Mr. Market will not be happy. An external event such as this could cause a serious pullback IMHO.
