daily rumor from Yahoo has a bid for CS from Nokia. Just a rumor, but CNBC
reporting Nokia is active and down on Instanet this morning.

Thanks for the second. I bought APCC @30.125, anticipating an MACD "BUY" signal the next day. This time I hit it right. APCC is so oversold on the chart that I expect it will be heading close to the old highs of $55.

Still, will be watching closely above $40 to see any evidence of an overbought condition.

From yesterday's close of $33.375 to $40 looks like as close to a sure thing as you can get. No warning from the company, we are in the quiet period now. Also, with the proposed split, lots of players want it above $40 prior to that.
