Morning! 1. Sure missed you folks lately. Been out studying. 2. Warning. This is a long em and may not please you. 2. After all these months on NAVR thread, I figured out that timing is pretty important. If you haven't made a 3-bagger so far on NAVR (like the Big Guys) then, IMHO, you don't have timing down on an IPO. I know this is a Blinding Flash Of The Obvious (BFO). 3. So I went and studied a couple hundred upcoming IPOs last weekend. Fascinating. Then I picked out a couple dozen Backdoor IPOs ie Parents spinning off divisions eg NAVR. Then I reduced that list to those with Stock Symbols since many non-public Investment Firms are the parents of IPOs. 4. I have a list of several Backdoors staggered every 15 days over the next 2 months. Guess what...they are all going green, even on rotten days, as they get within the 10 day window of their IPO date. 5. You already know about ZD from this thread. Not all Parents will own 80% of the Spinoff as in NAVR and ZD. But, like VVTV, even Parents with small ownership seem to get a nice bounce. 6. If you want to know more, tell me. 7. Also, if you plan to trade in and out, you need to read about Wash Sale Losses. A Big Tax Issue. Go to www.fairmark.com and spend an hour. Country Bob, Thank you for your very accurate assessment of this punk...You are right...That's exactly what he is...I am sick and tired of this jerk coming over here and pulling his rotten tricks on us while another person is currently being investigated by the SEC for affecting the price of a stock by harnessing the power of followers...This guy openly does the same thing, (plus the harassing and scare tactics of target threads, which we are all too familiar with)..It is time for every one of us to write to the Securities Exchange Commission to complain about this troublemaker,...whether he works with them or not......He is costing us profits with his highly questionable tactics!!!!!
