Expect a buying op on Compaq today. . . Bogus analyst downgrades designed to scare individuals into selling. . . expect mass buy programs to be sitting around 30?, by big fund managers that have been wanting CPQ on the cheap now for several months. Don't forget the Alta Vista spin off . . . Compaq taking over Dell as the number 1 seller of PCs. . . new high-tech directions for Compaq as a corporation. . . dealing with the next-generation internet. This is LONG term. . . whether or not sales meet expectations this next quarterly. . .the outlook is great, in my opinion. Rande Is
