Hi Wes. My take is that the company was just sick and tired of being manipulated by the Market Makers. Amex offered them an opportunity for increased exposure, respectability, and if nothing else a stepping stone to the NASDAQ.

Tom filed the papers a while ago Im sure but wanted to hold this move to see if they could blow their price out to where it belonged based on the companies progress both technically and fundamentally.

Everyone saw what happened to the share price after that blast of 4 meaty releases. I believe that was the straw that broke......

So Frank and Tom probably said FCM and went to AMEX. IMO way over due but worth the wait.

The above is not fact just what I believe happened.
