Not that I know.

I would not be surprised if IRI just disappeared because it was a scam -- an attempt to make dodgy companies look better. I can't see how any competent and honest organization would have put SPA on a list of companies adhering to extra special disclosure!

But that's just a guess. IRI was apparently around at least as recently as January. And there is information about the IRI on the web. See below as examples.
