Brian, IMO you hit most all of the important issues. How much of that get's done will reflect on the real legitimacy of this company. At some point , it comes to put up or shut up. Non-delivery of authentically audited financials is a huge red flag. Anyone can have great press, but not be able to make money. A good many of these BB companies are out of business within about three years or so. The other thing to watch out for is shares being sold out the backdoor--also a very typical scenario. What happens, is that they become desperate for money so they sell convertibles--also called a death spiral.
