If NETR was taken over before it went public it would probably cancel the IPO.

Ann...we need help from someone who has been thru an M&A:

1. I don't know how M&A would affect either company. My guess is that IPO would go as planned.

2. It's all about things that happen after May.

3. In my pitiful experience in the past, good things happened to shareholders if mgmt has half a clue about protecting shareholders eg you get free stock from the new company and get to move some of your basis over to the new stock.

4. I'm way beyond my headlights here.

5. Gotta go trade some. Smile, think happy things.
