What's the ratio? It pisses me off to read the news stories that only talk about the total size of the deal and rarely say anything about the per-share numbers.

EDIT:

Never mind. I finally found one that says LEVL:INTC == 1:0.43. LEVL at 49 is INTC at 113.95. INTC is currently 122-1/2. Probably not worth arbitraging but it is a good way to buy long-term INTC shares cheap, assuming the deal goes through.
