Mark, based on the $7.30 value now vs. $6.41 when the deal was announced, it appears that LEIX shareholders are participating in the upside move in ORB shares. It would appear that the reduction in shares received is not pro rata, but roughly at a 50% participation in ORB upside. ORB's price moved from $19.31 to $24.38, a 26% increase. Meanwhile the reported value for LEIX increased 14%. If this is true, the deal is getting much more interesting. Wish there were details available as to how the share adjustment formula works.
