Why don't you address the issues watcher raises instead of flaming him. I haven't read the reg statement. Is it true that there are high salary and option packages? If so, watcher is simply giving facts to those of us who haven't read the reg statement, which I appreciate. Did they really have only $100K revenues last year? If so, there has been a lot of false statements (or at least inferences) on this thread. What is their burn rate, and when will they run out of money if they don't get new revenues? That's a fair question to ask. It is true that insiders are constantly filing for 144 sales; that has been discussed here before. It is also true that some on this thread have claimed that insiders were selling stock because they needed money to live on. If indeed they have been receiving high salaries, that is information which is appropriate to discuss as helping thread readers consider the accuracy of posts here. Did watcher post anything false? If so, be constructive and point it out. Are his facts wrong? Give us correct facts (and your basis for them.) Are his inferences wrong? Give us your alternate inferences. Telling watcher to "go back and crawl under your rock" doesn't show negatively on him; rather, it shows negatively on you since you are apparently unwilling or unable to counter his facts with anything except insult. SI is for adults, not two year olds. Grow up and either join the discussion with facts or opinions which you are able to support with some facts, or stop interfering with those who do so.
