so far, so good... current ask is $1.50. Doesn't look like anyone is willing to part with their shares.... at the same time, i don't see a whole lot of buying... I'm sure it's difficult to balance the trading in such a thinly traded stock on news....

i thought the news release was very positive. i particularly liked this phrase as it indicates to me that EB is designed from the ground up on more of a database model that will make it a valuable addition to corporate systems that might otherwise be SAP, ORCL or PSFT based; IOW, an additional tool rather than a completely different subsystem.

"...EB's use of transaction processing designed to ensure a very high level of data integrity and enterprise scalability..."

as for revenue projections, greg, we all know why companies can't be too specific here. they just got out of an old legal jam so why would they want to set them selves up for a new one. remember when ROSS used to project revenues from each deal? with the SEC reviewing accounting rules, it's hard to tell for sure at what point in he sales process - order, delivery, on-site testing, acceptance, payment etc. - you can safely manke pre-announcements on revenue.

bottom line, ALTS was priced as a non-going concern. now, that model will change but we'll have to wait for awhile to evaluate the revenue stream. meanwhile, i still think some larger software company is going to want this as an addition to their product offerings.
