R. Murphey, Proxie received, no postmark on envelope but on page 2 at the bottom it states approximate date of mailing March 1, 1999. Question: By order of the board of directors The board unanimously recommends Who are the current members of the board of directors that are making these recommendations? I see page 6, Arif Adams/Secretary page 16, Arif Adams/ CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors page 16, Michael Sukey/ CFO, VP and Director (Is Mr. Sukey on the board of directors or the director of finance?) page 9 of stock option plan, Arif Adams/ President This looks good, top of page 9 in stock option plan this plan shall become effective Feb. 10, 1999 why is it postdated?
