Audit or not, the $.75 is still going to LEAH's bottom line.

Yes have been noticing the POO rising. However, only a small part of LEAH's (and SM's) income currently comes from oil. However, when we see the BV from the D and T audit and realize that LEAH's portion of SM's proven reserves is 480M bbls, and that the BV will probably be caluculated at under $1/bbl, and that the price of oil is now about 15.5, and that it costs LEAH about 2.5 to produce a BBL, then things are indeed looking pretty good.

Last I heard SM was producing only 150K BBls of oil/month but by the end of 1999 production is scheduled to be 1M BBLs/month. Lets get more of that oil flowing!
