I will make you feel even better about investing in CheckFree. Two MAJOR things will drastically reduce problems with CheckFree service and drastically reduce calls to customer care representatives...

1. WEB BASED BANKING - As opposed to PC based banking, CheckFree will no longer have to worry about modem configurations, hardware setup, dial-up numbers, etc. Although there will always be some people using PC based banking, the mass market will use Web Based Banking.

2. Bill Presentment - Will drastically reduce errors because of accurate account and remittance information, in addition payments will be handled electronically (as opposed to paper check in some cases).

The latest Lehman report eluded to the fact that customer care calls may rise due to increased number of users (via portal), but Lehman fails to look at the big picture.
