I agree with your thoughts. DELL is trading in a tight range today. If it were going to approach the 40 strike price, I think today's news from Kumar on CPQ would have been the ticket to 40. It appears it was not enough to move DELL to 40 and I do not see any news to bring us up to 45. So, in this instance I think the max pain prediction of 42 1/2 may be on target.
