Don't forget that today is the day that the Astra share holders vote on whether or not they want to accept the merger with Zeneca.

Wvalx...yes the next agreed upon milestone payments after Spain and Italy (from Astra) would be China (from Janssen).

However I think we will see milestone agreements announced this year for the USA partnership and Japan distribution rights for Muse.
As well as the announcement of milestone agreements for Alibra.

The question is how many of the above expected announcements will be paid to Vivus this year vrs next year.
