CDNWD . . Those holding NTKI shares will receive .83 shares of CDNWD for each NTKI share. CDNW holders get one share of CDNWD.

Float is still relatively small. . . many have not yet placed new symbol on alert, so watch carefully. . . .In 2 months the two websites will be made as one and they will have a grand opening to celebrate.

Near-term, this could get serious attention. . .long-term. . .well it is clearly the leading music internet E-tailer. . just like Amazon is the leading book E-tailer.

William: I would like to get your opinion of Peapod Inc., PPOD, it is a short on the Anthony thread. They are an internet grocer. Someone posted their rates which seemed very reasonable. They had a couple of different plans, the one I liked was 4.95 per month and 5% of the order delivered to your door.
I am asking you about this because this follows Dent's book about businesses in the future. I believe this can be huge. If I don't have to spend 2 hours on a Saturday in a grocery store it would be fine with me.
They have local distribution centers. I could see using them for everyday staples on a once a month basis.

Here is their website:
