Colleen, Kathy posted the news here yesterday so it must be available somewhere. I haven't noticed it on a newswire yet either. I spoke with IR today, and asked about the release. Basically, the news is an announcement of the official finalization of the agreement. The agreement was pretty much a done deal for some time now but with the change in corporate activity (OTC listing, name change etc) the announcement is more appropriate. The announcement is necessary for the simple reason that it has not been announced before and the average investor would not be aware of the agreement. Most of us here knew about the agreement since we had the advantage of either having the corporate profile in our DD package or from the common knowledge dispensed here on the thread. It is good to get word of this agreement out. Now, hopefully we see it on the newswires. Regards, Dan
