As you know, many people today couldn't tell you the difference between Fascism and Communism (not that there is that much). At any rate, communism is synonymous with high levels of gov't control. That is why I made the statement. And I guarantee you, if you show the original Preamble to 1000 people, you'll have a high degree of people who would think it was not of US origin....and of communist derivation. I don't know why you're focussing on the central planning portion. Communism ISN'T central planning. It is a societal construct. The Soviet Union instituted central planning...that was their answer to the lack of a proper blueprint. You have a tendency to overfocus...
