A system for metering usage of internet-delivered services? Yes, that's what WAVX provides via their WaveMeter chip. But I still don't see the similarity to CTIG. I looked at their products, and they appear to provide comprehensive tools for call management and call monitoring for telecommunications systems. They also offer a service to provide the report generation and analysis themselves. Very valuable in this day and age to help keep telecommunication costs under control. It looks like a nifty little outfit to me.
