Great lesson here. Not a knock on you Freak, just a great lesson. Since my last screw-up on not knowing the outstanding shares for TSIG, I've learned not to let it happen again. A little lesson in valuation; If GGNC has 1.3 million outstanding shares as per Freaks estimate then the company is worth at today's share price of $5 app $6,500,000. After doing a bit of research, quickly this time, and with a company spokesperson that was willing to quickly give me the Transfer Agents name and city we have the following information. GIC Global Intertainment Corporation Keith Lindquist or Shawn Balaghi, 877/442-9467, 604/688-6888 ir@ggncwins.com Oxford Transfer, Portland, WA, 503-225-0375 The TA is not yet open, but according to Keith there are 19,895,547 shares issued. He had it to the share. Seems like he's counting as the day proceeds. But based upon this the company is really worth $99,477,735 not the $6,5000,000 that Freak thinks it's worth. Just a $93,000,000 shortfall. Freak I'd suggest that you call the TA later today to see if the share count is changing daily or hourly. Beyond that I'd suggest you folks start to understand how to do DD. Bottom line…. Nice *bet* Freak. Congratulations, I'm jealous. Sword.Com
