Steve: I agree with you - and might add that Yahoo isn't Yahoo either. To be less cryptic, they are not unlike Isleuth in most departments in that they serve as a jump-off point to places of interest other than Yahoo-owned sites. AOL is the same. As you mentioned, SLEU is creating their own personality and own specialties (ie: comparison shopping, which I use a lot). Success in any industry and particularly on the Internet is very much dependent on relationships. Relationships with major players such as Inktomi, Siemens, AT&T etc. are all the better. I'm invested in SLEU more for whom they associate with then anything else. When you're already standing in the Internet forest it's tough to pick the trees from the bushes. I search for the Giant Redwoods. What drops from them are likely to be a future Giant Redwoods. Wally
