I think somebody got tired of waiting for SEC results. Maybe that combined with the option expiration triggered selling.

no news on tape yet, but sellers are under bidding the buyers and blocks buys are being taken out and shot. Wonder if the news is really that bad or someone is trying to panic people with such a large drop. Now @ 33. How can a downgrade drop it 25% in a day? especially when it already fell from 50 to 40.
