I really don't know whether to sell or hold. I'm leaning towards selling to relieve myself of the misery.

I'm not suggesting you hold, buy or sell Safeskin but as soon as you let your emotions enter into the investment decision process you have lost the game. Most people are unable to divorce themselves from their emotional side. Those who do make the best investors.
