As the NCAA Final Four approaches, we know many of you are anxiously awaiting the 3dfx commercial debut. We want you to know beforehand that not everyone watching the Final Four will see the commercials, as some markets will not be covered in this spot buy. We took special effort to get the greatest value from this campaign, limiting spots while covering markets saturated with target customers. Also, not every market had spots available in what is one of the most popular advertising vehicles this time of year.

For those of you that see the commercials, I'd love to hear your feedback, by message post or email.

Thanks,
Jason Wong

Andrew,
Re: So why is the ratio between TDFX and STBI only around .61?
Why would someone buy TDFX at 14 instead of STBI at 8 1/2?

Easy to answer. Because the conversion ratio is not 1 for 1, rather 0.65 TDFX share for each STBI share. The arbitrage ratio has narrowed quite a bit from 10% to the current 5.5%.

The wider slipage for STBI (8 1/2x3/4) makes it much harder to trade than TDFX (14 0x1/16).
