MALCOLM I believe I did mention in one of my prior posts that Emersons repurchase of shares is still in progress,and for those that are not aware, they have bought back well over 3 million shares so far,that are being held in their treasury for future use,if necessary, or for retirement of the shares. ===========TONY============
